I found a mortgage broker in a local newspaper, Patrick Tang. He said he would try to arrange a mortgage for me to purchase a principal residence. After several meetings and disclosure of my financial position to him even though I was upset about some questions he remained very calm and in the end he found a bank that accepted me and I was able to complete the purchase. I feel that he is an excellent mortgage broker.
