My husband and I are so lucky to find patrick tang. When we purchased our investment condo and due to income does not qualify turn down by the bank and with Patrick’s hard work and explained to us, we can still qualify with alternative lender without losing out hard earn deposit money because the realtor waives all the condition on financing and leave me no way out with other brokers suggested me go to private lender which pay high rate and fees, thank you patrick for your hard work.
